The digital equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 2 additional years after expiration of manufacturer's warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service you must arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authoirzation Number. If you have any questions please call toll free 800-252-MACK. A copy of your bill of sale and warranty card will be needed at time of service.

This exclusive warranty covers most malfunctions including impact, sand damage, and customer misuse. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes internal parts and labor). If equipment cannot be restored to manufacturer specifications the unit will be replaced at fair market value. This warranty is not for professional use or professional cameras. The warranty only applies to new cameras and only valid in the U.S. Warranty is not transferable.

This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover accessory flashes, accessory lens, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, remotes, liquid damage, cracked lens elements, cosmetic repair, and additional accessories or other expenses or consquential damages. Cracked lens elements, LCD's and cosmetic repair will be repaired at cost of parts only. If cosmetics interfere with the repair of camera, cosmetics must be repaired.
Ultimate Coverage
The Ultimate Service Contract provides additional coverage that our other contracts do not offer. This exclusive contract covers malfunctions including impact, grit, and customer misuse. This Service Contract applies only to the product registered. It does not cover removable flashes, batteries, loss of film, cracked lens elements, liquid damage and cosmetic repairs.
