Terms and Conditions
The Game Console equipment covered by this service contract is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty. Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. shall repair same to operate properly. This equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer defects).
How to Register
This service contract must be purchased within 30 days from the date the equipment covered hereunder is purchased. You must register this Service Contract within thirty (30) days of purchase with Mack Camera by visiting our website at www.mackcam.com or by calling our toll free number 800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.
How to Obtain Service
In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. Limitations of Coverage
This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit or impact with physically broken parts. It does not cover damaged LCD screens, cables, discs, tapes, batteries, AC adapters, games, remotes, software, media, hand controllers or connectors. It does not cover units that are damaged due to unreasonable use, or negligence, units used for commercial purposes or units whose serial number has been altered, defaced or removed or for damages to other equipment including burn-in on monitor.
Limit of Liability
Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. will not be liable for loss of revenues or profit, inconvenience, expenses of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, Mack Camera, at its sole discretion, will either replace your unit with an equivalent model or reimburse you in U.S. dollars the current market value of the unit.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contact is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service along with your proof of purchase. Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder.
Standard Coverage
Your Mack Camera Extended Service Contract covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Service Contract will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Service Contract plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Service Contract a smart investment for your equipment.
Please remember, this Service Contract does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories are not covered under the terms of the Service Contract.
